炮孔倾角对抛掷爆破效果的影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 为探究露天矿山抛掷爆破中炮孔倾角对爆破效果的影响,以黑岱沟露天煤矿为工程背景,对爆破参数进行了理论分析,分别对炮孔倾角为45°、65°、70°、75°时的抛物运动进行了计算,并对炮孔倾角进行了优化设计,结果表明:在保证预留边坡稳定性的前提下,优化调整炮孔倾角不仅可以提高抛掷率、增加爆堆沉降高度,还能节约钻孔和炸药成本;炮孔倾角为65°~75°时的组合抛掷爆破效果最好,经济效益最佳。 In order to explore the influence of the dip angle of the blast hole in open-pit mine on the performance of throwing blasting,taking Heidaigou open-pit coal mine as the project reference,theoretical study on blasting para-meters was conducted.The projectile motion was calculated respectively as the dip angle of the blast hole was 45°,65°,70°and 75°,and the design of the dip angle was optimized.The results show that with the premise of the stability of the slope reserved,the optimization of the dip angle of the blast hole not only improved the throwing rate,raised the blasting muck pile settled,but also saved the cost for drilling and explosives.When the dip angle of the blast hole was 65°~75°,the combination throwing blasting performed the best,resulting in the highest economic benefit.
