国际标准舞艺术人才大赛,既是推广国际标准舞的窗口,也是青少年展示才艺的平台。通过大赛挖掘人才,发现人才,检验人才培养质量。本文基于裁判的视野,对艺术人才大赛中舞者的身体姿态、动作技术、音乐、编舞等多方面进行了分析和梳理,并结合青少年阶段其艺术才能重点应培养的素养和技术能力,提出了一些思考和建议,旨为青少年国际标准舞艺术人才的健康发展提供帮助。

International standard dance talent competition is not only a window to promote international standard dance, but also a platform for young people to show their talent. Through the competition, we can find talents and test the quality of the cultivation of talents.This article based on the perspective of judges,analyzing and arranging the body posture, action technology, music,choreography and other aspects of dancers in the art talent competition, and puting forward some thoughts and suggestions in combination with the quality and technical ability that should be cultivated in the youth stage, aiming to provide help for the healthy development of adolescence international standard dance art talents.
