摘要
通过对收集到河南省体育特岗教师的321份有效问卷为研究样本进行研究,发现了体育特岗教师专业发展的水平偏低,而后又对其入职的年份、学历背景、专业类型、教与学专业的是否一致和是否担任班主任和行政工作对体育特岗教师专业发展的影响进行研究,发现了河南省体育特岗教师专业发展目前的状况,并且针对性的提出相应的建议,旨在为其之后的专业发展提供更多的指导。
Based on the collected from henan province sports teachers of 321 valid questionnaires as the research sample to study, found the sports special hillock teacher professional development level is low, then the induction year, education background, professional type, the professional teaching and learning are consistent and served as t-he class teacher and administrative work of sports special duty to study the influence of teachers’ professional development, found the sports special hillock teacher professional development the present situation of henan province, and put forward the corresponding specific Suggestions, to provide more guidance after their professional development.
