摘要
对搭载红外热成像仪无人机在直埋供热管道巡检中的应用进行探讨。分析对直埋供热管道进行红外热成像仪航拍得出异常位置的可行性。介绍关键装置(红外热成像仪、无人机)的性能参数与外形。结合具体直埋蒸汽管道、直埋热水管道热图像,对直埋供热管道的完好程度进行评价。热图像分析结果与实际一致。
The application of UAV equipped with infrared thermal imager in patrol inspection of directly buried heating pipelines is discussed.The feasibility of using infrared thermal imager aerial photography to obtain abnormal locations of directly buried heating pipelines is analyzed.The performance parameters and appearance of key devices(infrared thermal imager and UAV)are introduced.Combined with the thermal images of specific directly buried steam pipelines and directly buried hot water pipelines,the integrity degree of directly buried heating pipelines is evaluated.The results of thermal image analysis are consistent with the reality.
