摘要 从燃气锅炉用户耗能量评价与监测需求出发,应用广义互相关时延估计算法设计并安装了一套燃气锅炉耗能量评价与监测系统,分析监测系统设计应考虑的问题及系统主要设备。选定2020年1月20日某锅炉系统运行数据,采集燃气流量、燃气压力、锅炉供水温度,进行广义互相关运算,输出锅炉供水温度与燃气流量、燃气压力的广义互相关曲线,进行分析,又模拟偷盗气工况燃气流量,分析该工况锅炉供水温度与燃气流量广义互相关曲线。得出结论:锅炉供水温度与燃气流量、燃气压力的广义互相关曲线具有明显峰值,锅炉系统的燃气输入到热量输出之间有5 min左右时间延迟,并较为稳定,说明该广义互相关算法分析结果准确。偷盗气工况锅炉供水温度与燃气流量广义互相关曲线出现大量干扰峰值,主峰值不明显,可判定该锅炉出现运行问题。通过对相关参数进行广义互相关分析,可有效判断燃气锅炉运行情况,实现耗能量评价、计量异常情况报警等功能。 Starting from the energy consumption evaluation and monitoring needs of gas-fired boiler users,a set of energy consumption evaluation and monitoring system for gas-fired boilers was designed and installed by applying generalized cross-correlation time delay estimation algorithm.The problems that should be considered in the design of the monitoring system and the main equipment of the system were analyzed.The operation data of a boiler system on January 20,2020 were selected to collect gas flow rate,gas pressure and boiler water supply temperature,and perform the generalized cross-correlation calculation.The generalized cross-correlation curve of the boiler water supply temperature,the gas flow rate and gas pressure was output to being analyzed.The gas flow rate under the condition of stealing gas was also simulated to analyze the generalized cross-correlation curve between boiler water supply temperature and gas flow rate under this condition.It is concluded that the generalized cross-correlation curve of boiler water supply temperature with gas flow rate and gas pressure has an obvious peak value,and there is a time delay of about 5 minutes between gas input and heat output of the boiler system,which is relatively stable,indicating that the analysis result of the generalized cross-correlation algorithm is accurate.The generalized cross-correlation curve between water supply temperature and gas flow rate of the boiler under the condition of stealing gas has a large number of interference peaks,and the main peak is not obvious,so it can be determined that the boiler has operating problems.Through the generalized cross-correlation analysis of relevant parameters,the operation of gas-fired boilers can be effectively judged,and the energy consumption evaluation and abnormal measurement alarm and other functions can be realized.
