摘要
论述国内外标准关于爆炸危险区域划分的方法及主要差异,介绍国际电工委员会标准IEC 60079-10-1:2020《爆炸性环境第10-1部分区域分类—爆炸性气体环境》关于爆炸危险区域等级划分的定量分析方法,探讨燃气释放源等级、释放速率、通风稀释效果、通风可用性、危险区域划分、稀释室内释放源气体所需时间的计算和分析方法。以某城镇燃气调压室为例,完成调压室室内爆炸危险区域等级划分。
The methods and main differences in classification of explosion hazardous areas in domestic and foreign standards are expounded.The quantitative analysis method for the classification of explosion hazardous areas in the standard of International Electrotechnical Commission Explosive Atmospheres-Part 10-1:Classification of Areas-Explosive Gas Atmospheres(IEC 60079-10-1:2020)is introduced.The calculation and analysis methods of gas release source grade,release rate,ventilation dilution effect,ventilation availability,division of hazardous areas and time required to dilute indoor release source gas are discussed.Taking an urban gas pressure regulating chamber as an example,the classification of indoor explosion hazardous areas in the pressure regulating chamber is completed.
