面向科技成果转化的服务需求研究

Research on Service Demand for Technology Transfer and Commercialization

面向科技成果转化的科技服务体系是科技研发和生产部门的粘合剂,在成果转移转化过程中发挥着重要作用。本文以成果转化过程为主线,梳理成果转化系统的重要主体、主体间的互动关系和科技服务在系统中的功能作用,并对20255份科技工作者调查问卷进行分析,了解科技工作者成果转化现状和对科技服务的需求。研究认为,科技工作者目前仍主要获取成果转移阶段的知识物化服务,并对深加工、体系化的成果供需信息以及市场化和专业化的成果价值评估和政策信息及时推送、详细解读等的服务需求较大;科技工作者目前获取的成果产业化服务相对较少,对科技服务机构的技术孵化和熟化能力、资源整合能力等提出了更高要求。针对科技工作者的服务需求情况,提出强化科技服务供给能力、提高科技成果转化效率的相关政策建议。

The science and technology service system is the adhesive of R&D and production departments,which plays an important role in the process of technology transfer and commercialization.Following the process,this paper analyzes the main subjects of the system,understands the interactive relationship between the subjects and the function of science and technology service.This paper analyzes 20255 questionnaires of scientific and technological workers,and understands the main service demand.At present,scientific and technological workers mainly obtain knowledge services in the stage of technology transfer,need more services such as deep-processing and systematic technology supply and demand information,market-oriented and professional technology evaluation and timely push and detailed interpretation of policy information.In contrast,scientific and technological workers obtain less commercialization service and puts forward higher requirements for the technology incubation and maturation ability and resource integration ability of related service institutes.
