摘要
校企协同创新主体适应性行为是实现资源融合的重要途径,资源融合重构和深化了校企创新主体之间的协同关系。基于适应性行为视角分析校企创新主体资源融合的内在逻辑,即资源融合的过程就是适应性行为的作用过程。而适应性行为建构创新主体资源融合的规则体系,同时适应性行为要嵌入到资源融合的规则体系中,并受规则体系所制约。然后基于扎根理论的探索性案例分析在适应性行为的作用下,创新资源需经历纳新、适应与再造3种状态,校企创新主体资源融合的过程就是在吸收、重构与再造的作用下螺旋式前进的过程。
The adaptive behavior of school-enterprise collaborative innovation subjects is an important way to achieve resource integration.The integration of resources reconstructs and deepens the synergy between school-enterprise innovation subjects.Based on the perspective of adaptive behavior,the internal logic of the resource integration of school-enterprise innovation subjects is analyzed,that is,the process of resource integration is the process of adaptive behavior.Adaptive behavior constructs a rule system of resource integration of innovative subjects,and at the same time,adaptive behavior should be embedded in the rule system of resource integration and be restricted by the rule system.Exploratory case analysis based on grounded theory is under the influence of adaptive behavior,innovation resources need to undergo three states including incorporation,adaptation,and reinvention.The process of integration of school-enterprise innovation subject resources is a spiraling process under the effect of absorption,reconstruction and reinvention.
