不同种类隔离材料对自粘防水卷材剥离性能的影响研究

Influence of Different Kinds of Release Material on Peeling Performance of Self-adhesive Waterproofing Membrane

研究了不同种类隔离材料对自粘防水卷材剥离性能的影响,隔离材料选用PET隔离膜、PE隔离膜和镀铝PET隔离膜。结果表明:采用PET隔离膜制得的自粘防水卷材剥离性能远远大于采用镀铝PET隔离膜和PE隔离膜制得的自粘防水卷材;PET隔离膜和镀铝PET隔离膜制得的自粘防水卷材处理后剥离性能高于PE隔离膜制得的自粘防水卷材,且撕膜效果比PE隔离膜制得的自粘防水卷材好。因此,采用PET隔离膜制得的自粘防水卷材剥离性能与撕膜效果最佳、最稳定。

The influence of different kinds of release material on peeling performance of self-adhesive waterproofing roll is studied.PET release film,PE release film and PET release film with aluminum coating are selected for this study.The results show that peeling performance of the self-adhesive waterproofing membrane with PET release film is much better than that of the self-adhesive waterproofing membrane surfaced with aluminum plated PET release film and PE release film;peeling performance of the self-adhesive waterproofing roll with PET film and aluminum coated PET film after treatment is higher than that of the self-adhesive waterproofing membrane with PE release film,and film removing effect is better than that of the self-adhesive waterproofing membrane surface with PE film.Therefore,the self-adhesive waterproofing membrane surfaced with PET release film has the best and most stable peeling performance and film removing effect.
