单组分脱醇型硅酮密封胶的性能研究与探讨 被引量:2

摘要 以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷树脂、甲基硅油、活性纳米碳酸钙为基料,通过加入交联剂、偶联剂和钛酸酯螯合物,制备了单组分脱醇型硅酮密封胶(RTV-1),并研究了不同钛酸酯螯合物对脱醇型密封胶力学性能、粘结性能、储存稳定性的影响。结果表明:使用自制钛酸酯螯合物制备的脱醇型密封胶各项性能优良,室温储存7个月后,胶浆不黄变,拉伸强度保持率达87%,且对PVC、亚克力基材的粘结性更优。 One component dealcoholized silicone sealant(RTV-1)is prepared by usingα,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane resin,methyl silicone oil and active nano calcium carbonate as base materials and adding cross-linking agent,coupling agent and titanate chelate.In this paper,the effects of different titanate chelates on mechanical properties,bonding properties and storage stability of dealcoholized silicone sealant are studied.The results show that the dealcoholic sealant prepared by using self-made titanate chelate has excellent properties:after 7 months storage at room temperature,the paste does not turn yellow,the tensile strength retention rate is 87%,and the adhesion to PVC and acrylic substrates is better.
