摘要
主要是结合软件Flowmaster对原油输送管道出现水击现象的模拟,以及保护措施,如果在工作时出现阀门的紧急关闭或开启、停泵等事故,这类非正常停运的事件均会引起水击现象,水击的出现会对管道运输造成很大的影响,为了避免事故的发生,设计中对水击现象进行模拟进而采取一定可行的保护措施,对管道事故的处理显得尤为重要。
Absrtact:Combining software Flowmaster simulation of water hammer phenomenon in a crude oil pipeline,as well as protective measures,in the work when appear abnormal shutdown,such as:power,close the valve,pump stop,fire and other accidents,these sudden accident will cause water hammer phenomenon,the emergence of the water hammer can cause great influence to the pipeline,in order to avoid the happening of the accident,in the design of simulation of water hammer phenomenon and take feasible measures,it is particularly important to accident out of the pipes.
