摘要
根据生产实际建立了反应釜三维模型,采用CFD软件,根据生产过程中介质的比重、粘度、颗粒占比设定了仿真初始参数,以欧拉模型为理论模型对反应釜内的溶液流场变化情况进行了仿真,得到了反应釜中溶液在搅拌过程中的流场变化,介质中固体颗粒分布情况、桨叶受力情况、搅拌轴所受扭矩及搅拌所需功率的变化情况。
A three-dimensional model of the reaction kettle is established according to the actual production,and CFD software is used to set the initial simulation parameters according to the specific gravity,viscosity,and particle proportion of the medium in the production process.The field changes were simulated,the flow field changes of the solution in the reactor during the stirring process,the distribution of solid particles in the medium,the force on the blades,Change of torque on the mixing shaft and power required for mixing.
