摘要
通过分类数理统计、地理信息系统分析等方法,对2017-2021年河南省120个气象台站发布的11类气象灾害预警信号的发布情况、时空分布特征进行了统计分析,结果表明:河南省气象灾害预警信号年均发布量总体平稳,发布总量分布不均,呈现北、西、南、东四端多、中部少的特点;大风、雷电、大雾、高温、暴雨5种预警类型发布量局前五位;低级别预警发布量大,占比达72.67%;并结合本省实际,提出了4项针对性的建议。
By means of classified mathematical statistics and Geographic Information System analysis,this paper makes a statistical analysis on the release and temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of 11 types of meteorological disaster early warning signals issued by 120 meteorological stations in Henan Province from 2017 to 2021.The results show that the average annual release of meteorological disaster early warning signals in Henan Province is generally stable,and the total release is unevenly distributed,showing more in the north,West,South and East,but the characteristics of less in the middle;The five early warning types of gale,lightning,fog,high temperature and rainstorm rank among the top five in the Bureau;A large number of low-level early warnings were issued,accounting for 72.67%;Combined with the actual situation of the province,four targeted suggestions are put forward.
