沥青技术指标对不同老化方式的敏感性影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了开展沥青技术指标对不同老化方式敏感性方面的研究,选择了3种不同的沥青,利用旋转薄膜加热试验(RTFOT)、压力长期老化试验(PAV)以及加速紫外线老化试验对沥青在不同老化方式下的三大指标的敏感性进行了研究。结果表明,沥青UV96与PAV老化结果相仿,RTFOT的针入度相当于UV32,与KLMY70#基质沥青相比,中海90#基质沥青的针入度指标对紫外线的老化更加敏感,而SBS改性沥青的针入度对紫外线老化最不敏感。基质沥青在不同老化后的软化点均比原样沥青有所增大,但增幅均不是很大;SBS改性沥青软化点18指标对老化的敏感性不强。基质沥青的延度指标对老化的敏感性强烈,而SBS改性沥青则相对不敏感。 In order to study the sensitivity of asphalt technical indexes to different aging methods,three different asphalt were selected in this paper.The sensitivity of asphalt under different aging methods was studied by rotating film heating test(RTFOT),pressure long-term aging test(PAV)and accelerated ultraviolet aging test.The results show that the aging results of UV96 and PAV are similar,and the penetration of RTFOT is equivalent to UV32.Compared with KLMY70#asphalt,penetration index of Zhonghai 90#asphalt is more sensitive to ultraviolet aging,while penetration index of SBS modified asphalt is the least sensitive to ultraviolet aging.The softening point of the asphalt after different aging is higher than that of the original asphalt,but the increase is not very large;The softening point index of SBS modified asphalt is not sensitive to aging.The ductility index of asphalt is highly sensitive to aging,while SBS modified asphalt is relatively insensitive.
