高聚物注浆技术在高速公路路面深层病害处治中的应用研究

Research on Application of Polymer Grouting Technology in Expressway Pavement Deep Disease Treatment

目前高速公路沥青路面养护工程中,对路面深层病害采用常规手段难以处治到位,而高聚物注浆技术以其自身的技术优势,逐渐被应用到对该类病害的处治中。通过分析高聚物注浆技术的原理、特征、材料性能,并结合工程实例,研究其施工的关键工艺和在高速公路养护工程中的应用效果。

At present,in highway asphalt pavement maintenance engineering,it is difficult to treat the deep surface diseases by conventional means,but polymer grouting technology with its own technical advantages,has been gradually applied to the treatment of such diseases.By analyzing the principle,characteristics and material properties of polymer grouting technology,and combining with engineering examples,the key construction technology and its application effect in highway maintenance engineering are studied.
