摘要
为解决当前市政路桥过渡段路基路面施工存在采用常规段施工技术施工会造成沉降量过大的问题,开展针对过渡段的施工技术设计研究。通过过渡段路基填筑施工工艺、设计过渡段路基与横向构筑物填筑尺寸、填筑、整平与碾压施工,提出一种全新的施工技术。通过对新施工技术应用效果分析得出,新的施工技术在应用后能够使过渡段路基路面沉降与常规段施工基本一致,并且产生的沉降量对施工整体质量影响较小,在一定程度上达到了提升施工质量的目的。
In order to solve the problem of excessive settlement caused by conventional section construction technology in the subgrade and pavement construction of the transition section of municipal roads and bridges,the construction technology design research for the transition section is carried out.A new construction technology is proposed through the construction technology of transition section subgrade filling,the design of transition section subgrade and transverse structure filling size,filling,leveling and rolling construction.Through the analysis of the application effect of the new construction technology,it can be concluded that the new construction technology can make the subgrade and pavement settlement of the transition section basically consistent with the construction of the conventional section,and the resulting settlement has little impact on the overall construction quality.To a certain extent,the purpose of improving the construction quality is achieved.
