摘要
草莓是一种重要的经济作物,在我国栽培面积越来越广,人工采摘工作强度大,采摘效率低。为了降低果农的工作强度、提高草莓采摘的效率,设计了一个针对地垄栽培模式下的草莓无损伤采摘机器。利用三爪旋转刀具作为草莓采摘执行机构,利用同步带作为草莓收集机构,利用滚珠丝杆和电动推杆实现执行机构的平面运动,利用点动控制实现精准定位。模拟高垄种植草莓的生长环境进行采摘试验,试验结果表明,该草莓采摘机可在一定范围内对成熟草莓进行无损伤采摘,采摘成功率可达90%,该草莓采摘机符合设计要求,具有一定的实际意义和应用价值。
Strawberry is an important economic crop,the cultivation area is more and more wide in Our country,the manual picking work intensity is high,the picking efficiency is low.In order to reduce the working intensity of fruit farmers and improve the efficiency of strawberry picking,a strawberry picking machine without damage was designed under the ridge cultivation mode.Using three-claw rotary tool as strawberry picking executive mechanism,using synchronous belt as strawberry collecting mechanism,using ball screw and electric push rod to achieve the planar motion of the executive mechanism,using point control to achieve precise positioning.The experiment results show that the strawberry picking machine can pick ripe strawberries without damage in a certain range and the success rate can reach 90%.The strawberry picking machine meets the design requirements and has certain practical significance and application value.
