基于“治未病”思想探讨揿针防治儿童青少年近视的优势

近视是儿童青少年常见眼病,儿童青少年时期近视进展较快,此阶段是防治近视的关键期。目前近视的主要防治方法包括:验光配镜及药物干预等,这些方法各有不足之处。中医自古提倡治未病,揿针是针灸的一种,临床应用于多种眼科疾病,属于中医适宜技术之一。揿针防控近视,具有方法独特,操作简便,易于推广,疼痛小,疗效较好,且可与其他疗法联合使用等优势,可提高儿童青少年的依从性,应用前景良好。应用揿针防治儿童青少年近视,为中医适宜技术防控儿童青少年近视开辟了一条新途径。

Myopia is a common eye disease in juvenile.The period of juvenile is key stage to prevent because myopia is easier to appear and develop.At present,the main prevention and treatment methods for myopia include optometry and drug intervention.However,these methods have their own shortcomings.Since ancient times,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)had been advocating the idea of preventative treatment.Press-needle is a kind of acupuncture meanwhile it is one of the appropriate techniques of TCM that has been used in treating many ophthalmic diseases.Press-needle is a unique method with merits as simple to operate,easy to promote,slight pain,favorable curative effect.Moreover,it can be used in combination with other therapies.It improves the compliance of affected children and has a good application prospect.The application of press-needle to prevent and treat myopia in juvenile has opened a new way to prevent and control myopia in juvenile with appropriate TCM technology.
