基于性能的巴基斯坦橙线地铁桥梁安全运维体系研究

摘要 巴基斯坦拉合尔轨道交通橙线穿过2个地面沉降漏斗区,5~8号车站区间属于一个沉降漏斗区域,8~11号车站区间属于另一个沉降漏斗区域。橙线全长的80.8%采用高架线,桥梁工后不均匀沉降过大将使轨面变形超限,威胁地铁运营安全。频繁人工测量使所有桥梁处于安全水平,在效率和经济上不是最优选择。为保证橙线安全运营,研究基于性能的橙线地铁桥梁安全运维体系。定义高、中高、中低和低共4个桥梁不均匀沉降影响等级描述不均匀沉降威胁程度。以不均匀沉降活动性f(A),桥梁结构反应分析F(Q|A)或f(Q|A)为基础,将桥梁损坏严重性等级划分为受重大影响、受较重影响、受中等影响、受轻微影响和基本未受影响共5个等级。定义桥梁结构自身抗力R,构建了基于性能的桥梁安全运维体系风险等级矩阵,将桥梁安全运维体系风险等级划分为高风险、中高风险、中等风险、中低风险和低风险共5个等级。搭建了基于性能的桥梁安全运维体系实施流程,该流程包括查明情况,双向过滤,综合评价,实施对策,重新评估和风险监控共6个具体实施阶段。解决了巴基斯坦拉合尔地面沉降漏斗区轨道交通的安全运营问题,进一步发展了桥梁安全运维体系控制流程。研究方法与结论可为地面沉降漏斗区地铁桥梁安全运维提供参考。 The Lahore Rail Transit Orange Line in Pakistan passes through two ground settlement funnel areas,the station interval from 5 to 8 belongs to one settlement funnel area,and the station interval from 8 to 11 belongs to another settlement funnel area.With 80.8%of the total length of Orange Line using elevated lines,excessive uneven post-construction settlement of the bridges would cause the rail surface deformation to exceed the limit,threatening the safety of the metro operation.Frequent manual measurements to keep all bridges at a safe level are not optimal in terms of efficiency and economy.To ensure the safe operation of the Orange Line,a performance-based safety operation and maintenance system of Orange Line metrobridges was studied.A total of four bridge uneven settlement impact levels,i.e.,high,medium-high,medium-low,and low,were defined to describe the uneven settlement threat level.Based on the uneven settlement activity f(A),bridge structure response analysis F(Q|A)or f(Q|A),the bridge damage severity levels were classified into five levels:major impact,heavy impact,medium impact,slight impact,and basically unaffected.By defining the bridge structure's own resistance R,the performance-based bridge safety O&M system risk level matrix was constructed,and the bridge safety O&M system risk level was classified into five levels:high risk,medium-high risk,medium risk,medium-low risk,and low risk.The self resistance R of bridge structure was defined,and the risk level matrix of bridge safety operation and maintenance system based on performance was constructed.The risk level of bridge safety operation and maintenance system was classified into five levels:high risk,medium high risk,medium low risk,and low risk.The implementation process of performance-based bridge safety operation and maintenance system was established,which includes six specific implementation stages:situation identification,two-way filtering,comprehensive evaluation,implementation of countermeasures,reassessment and risk monitoring.The problem of safe operation of rail transit in the ground settlement funnel area of Lahore,Pakistan was solved and the bridge safety operation and maintenance system control process was further developed.The research methods and conclusions can provide a reference for the safe operation and maintenance of metro bridges in ground settlement funnel areas.
