中国城市网格化管理研究回顾与前瞻——基于“六何”分析框架的探讨

Retrospect and prospect of urban grid management researches in China:Based on the analysis framework of “5W1H”

随着城市网格化管理研究成果的不断增多,需要对国内现有文献进行回顾与反思,以增进学者对该领域研究现状的认识与理解。基于系统性文献综述方法,借助“六何”分析框架,从管理内容、管理主体、管理动因、管理阶段、管理情境、管理策略六个方面对城市网格化管理研究内容进行系统梳理与分析。研究表明,我国城市网格化管理是多层面、多因素合力推动的结果,可归纳出转变管理理念与提升服务效果、完善相关机制与鼓励多元共治、培育自治力量与增强自治能力、推进制度建设与促进规范运行四项优化策略。最后,在“六何”分析框架基础上对研究内容及其内在逻辑进行整合,构建城市网格化管理研究的分析框架,并针对既有研究的不足提出未来的研究进路。

With the continuous increase of research results of urban grid management, it is necessary to review and reflect on the existing literature in China to enhance scholars’ cognition and understanding of this field. Based on the systematic literature review method and with the help of the “six he” analysis framework, the research content of urban grid management is systematically sorted out and analyzed from six aspects: management content, management subject, management motivation, management stage, management field, and management strategy. Research shows that my country’s urban grid management is the result of multi-level and multi-factor synergy, and its optimization strategies can be summarized as transforming government functions and improving service effects, improving relevant mechanisms and encouraging multiple co-governance, cultivating autonomous power and enhancing autonomous capabilities., Promote system construction and promote standardized operation. Finally, on the basis of the “six he” analysis framework, the research content and internal logic are integrated, the analysis framework of urban grid management research is constructed, and the future research approach is proposed for the deficiencies of the existing research.
