国外面向用户的开放政府数据使用行为研究进展

A Review of Research on User-Oriented Usage Behavior of Open Government Data Abroad

[研究目的]从信息行为的角度,调查国外开放政府数据使用的相关文献,为我国相关研究提供参考。[研究方法]利用文献计量与内容分析的研究方法,从研究主题、理论基础、影响因素、调查对象等方面对国外开放政府数据用户使用研究现状进行剖析。[研究结论]后续研究需要对所构建的理论模型进行验证,而且中国情境下基于全过程的开放政府数据信息行为将会成为研究者关注的重点,可以在研究情境、研究视角、研究方法、研究对象选取方面可以进一步探索,针对不同领域的用户开展研究。

[Research purpose]From the perspective of information behavior,this paper investigates the relevant literature on the use of open government data in foreign countries,in order to provide a reference for relevant researches in China.[Research method]Using the research methods of literature measurement and content analysis,this paper analyzes the current research status of the use of foreign open government data users from the aspects of research theme,theoretical basis,influencing factors and investigation objects.[Research conclusion]Follow-up studies need to construct the theoretical model of verification,and China's situation based on the whole process of open government data information behavior will attract more attention from the researchers,the research situation,research perspective,research methods,and research object selection can be further explored,according to different users in the field of research.
