黄蜀葵根浆料和废纸浆的制备及其配浆应用

摘要 为了探讨研究黄蜀葵这种含有粘液质的植物纤维原料制浆造纸可行性和优越性,对黄蜀葵根进行制浆造纸性能方面的化学成分分析,并与麦草茎秆原料进行了比较。结果表明:黄蜀葵根纤维原料的综纤维素含量72.56%比麦草茎秆原料68.42%高,而木素含量较低。采用造纸碱法制浆和机械法处理制备得到半化学半机械浆,筛选洗涤后再进行第一段次氯酸盐(H)漂白,白度从原浆的32.8%提高到38.0%,再进行第二段过氧化氢(P)漂白,白度从38.0%提高到50.3%。利用自制脱墨剂和其他脱墨化学品配合使用,应用浮选法脱墨工艺,制备得到废弃实验报告纸的废纸脱墨浆,白度从脱墨前的80.3%提高到86.5%。废纸脱墨浆与漂白后的黄蜀葵根浆料配抄无碳复写纸原纸,当黄蜀葵浆料和废纸浆料的最佳配比是5∶5,此时无碳复写纸原纸胚体的抗张指数最大,达到7.43 N·m/g。增强剂加入能提高纸页强度,黄蜀葵浆料和废纸浆料在最佳浆料配比5∶5时所抄制纸页的强度在增强剂的加入量为3%时,纸页抗张指数提高到11.26N·m/g,纸页强度有所提高。结论:黄蜀葵根是一种可开发利用的造纸原料。 In order to explore the feasibility and superiority of althaea officinalis as mucilaginous plant fiber material for pulp and paper making.This paper analyzed the chemical composition of althaea officinalis root for pulp and paper making,and compared it with straw stem material.Results showed that the content of hemicellulose(72.56%) was higher than that of wheat straw(68.42%),but the content of lignin was lower.Semi-chemical and semi-mechanical pulp was prepared by alkaline pulping and mechanical treatment.After screening and washing,the first stage of hypochlorite(H) bleaching was carried out,and the whiteness was increased from 32.8% to 38.0%,and then hydrogen peroxide(P) bleaching was carried out in the second stage.Whiteness increased from 38.0% to 50.3%.Using self-made deinking agent and other deinking chemicals,the waste paper deinking pulp was prepared by flotation deinking process,and the whiteness was increased from 80.3% to 86.5% after deinking.The results showed that when the optimal ratio of marshmallow pulp and waste paper pulp was 5∶5,the tensile index of the carbon free carbon paper embryo reached the biggest value that is 7.43 N·m/g.The strength of paper sheet was improved by adding reinforcement.The tensile index of paper sheet was increased to 11.26 N·m/g when the reinforcement was 3%,and the strength of paper sheet was improved.In conclusion,the root of althaea officinalis is a kind of paper making material which can be developed and utilized.
