制浆造纸废水脱色程度数值模拟

摘要 为提高废水脱色程度数值模拟的准确性,设计一个制浆造纸废水脱色程度数值模拟方法。建立污染物降解反应动力学数学模型,分析影响废水脱色动力学数学模型中速率常数,采用傅立叶变换方法处理光谱数据,采用递归技术计算出最新的估测值,根据费克定律,分析溶质会发生反扩散现象,采用平均吸光度计算脱色率,实现制浆造纸废水脱色程度数值模拟。实验结果表明,在不同pH值、不同催化剂投加量、不同紫外灯功率以及不同时间下的废水脱色率模拟上,准确度都较高,同时在不同脉冲电晕放电电压峰值下对废水脱色率分析的准确性也较高,满足脱色程度数值模拟方法的设计需求。 In order to improve the accuracy of numerical simulation of the degree of decolorization of wastewater,a numerical simulation method for the degree of decolorization of pulp and papermaking wastewater was designed.The kinetic mathematical model of pollutant degradation reaction was established,and the rate constants in the kinetic mathematical model affecting wastewater decolorization were analyzed.The spectral data were processed by Fourier transform method,and the latest estimated values were calculated by recursive technique.According to Fick’s law,the phenomenon of solute backdiffusion is analyzed,and the average absorbance is used to calculate the decolorization rate,and the decolorization degree of pulp and paper wastewater is simulated.The experimental results show that the simulation accuracy of wastewater decolorization rate under different pH values,different catalyst dosage,different UV lamp power and different time is high,and the decolorization rate of wastewater under different pulse corona discharge voltage peaks.And the accuracy of the analysis is also high,which meets the design requirements of the numerical simulation method for the degree of decolorization.
