图像处理技术对图书档案纸张破损及修复研究

高校图书馆纸质文献破损较为严重,针对这一情况文章中分析了造成图书资料破损的自然因素和人为因素并提出了相应的解决方案,我国纸质档案修复技术经历了传统的修裱技术的传承与改造到现代修复技术的持续研发和创新的发展过程,在技术不断发展的同时对修复理念、修复管理标准化、区域化保护中心建设等方面也在同步跟进探索着。为了提升纸张的生产质量,提出基于图像处理技术的图书档案纸张破损修复方法研究,图像处理技术对纸张表面缺陷在线检测系统,该系统主要是对纸病图像进行滤波去除干扰及图像分割处理算法分析及仿真,实现对高低对比度纸病的有效分割及检测,最终获得纸张瑕疵特征,证实了图像处理技术针对图书档案纸质破损修复方法的可行性。未来将不断融入文化遗产保护的“大保护观”发展中,协同档案、图书、文物等文献保管机构以及社会化服务机构共同承担起对我国文献遗产保护的责任。

The library of colleges and universities damaged serious away for this original article analyzes damage to books and materials of the natural factors and human factors and proposes the corresponding solution.The paper archives restoration technology in China has experienced from the traditional paper files to repair technology of casting technology of inheritance and transformation to the modern technology to repair the development of the continuous development and innovation.With the continuous development of technology,the concept of restoration,the standardization of restoration management and the construction of regional protection centers are also being followed up and explored simultaneously.In order to improve the production quality of paper,the paper damage repair method of books and archives based on image processing technology is proposed.The system is mainly for paper disease image filter to remove interference and image segmentation algorithm analysis and simulation,to implement effective segmentation and detection of high and low contrast paper disease.Finally,the paper defect characteristics obtained by the method confirmed the feasibility of image processing technology for repairing damaged paper of books and archives.In the future,it will continue to be integrated into the development of the “great conservation concept” of cultural heritage protection,and jointly undertake the responsibility for the protection of China’s literature heritage together with archives,books,cultural relics and other document storage institutions and social service institutions.
