Report on Educating and Teaching Status of Rural Primary School Teachers in Langfang City

获取当下农村小学师资构成的准确数据及教育教学相关信息,既是廊坊市政府及教育主管部门铺就农村小学教师职后发展路径的现实基础,也是制定高质量的廊坊市公费师范生人才培养方案的前提条件。为此,项目组依托问卷星,对廊坊市辖区内9个区市县农村小学教师进行了线上调查及访谈,回收有效问卷7 590份。数据表明,目前廊坊市农村小学教师结构存在性别比例严重失衡,术科教师匮乏,教师教育技术掌握不足,教师对薪资、工作环境、乡村教师补贴政策及学校评优和职称评定制度满意度一般等问题。建议通过建立“退役军人教师培养”制度、合作地方高师、推进“数字教育”及外在激励与精神成长同步进行等措施,有力推动农村小学教师队伍专业发展。

Accurate data on the composition of teachers and detailed information related to teachers ′ education and teaching in rural primary schools is not only the realistic basis for Langfang local government and education department to build the post-service development path for rural primary school teachers, but also the prerequisites for formulating high-quality training programs for oriented and public-funded students in Langfang Normal University. To this end, the project team carried out online surveys with SOJUMP and interviewed rural primary school teachers in nine districts and counties governed by Langfang city. 7 590 valid questionnaires were collected. The data show that there are some problems in the structure of rural primary school teachers in Langfang rural area, such as serious imbalance of gender ratio, lack of physical, musical and painting teachers;teachers are not good at modern educational technologies;teachers are not very satisfied with salary, working environment, rural teachers subsidy policy, school evaluation and professional title system. It is suggested that the development of rural primary school teachers can be effectively improved by establishing the system of "training retired military sources to be teachers", cooperating with local normal universities,promoting "digital education", extrinsic motivation going hand in hand with spiritual growth etc.
