摘要
意识形态算法输入与算法意识形态输出是算法的一体两面。意识形态算法与算法意识形态既具有同质化特点,也具有异质化特征。意识形态算法具有权威性、系统性、指导性、宏观性和普遍性,算法意识形态则具有去权威性、去系统性、去指导性、去宏观性和去普遍性,且反中心化。算法意识形态具有流变、灾变、癌变的三种趋向。加强算法的伦理建设、法治建设、制度建设,显得尤为迫切和重要。
The input of ideology algorithm and the output of ideology algorithm are two aspects of algorithm.Ideological algorithm and algorithmic ideology are characterized by both homogeneity and heterogeneity.Ideological algorithm has authority,system,instruction,macro and universality,while algorithm ideology has de-authority,de-system,de-instruction,macro and universality,and anti-center.The ideology of algorithm has three trends:rheology,catastrophe and cancer.It is especially urgent and important to strengthen the ethical construction,legal construction and system construction of algorithms.
