摘要 石油化工与国家能源战略发展息息相关,是我国工业发展的重要保障和血脉,在经济发展中占据及其重要的地位。受限于现有电类传感技术的自身特性,难以准确获取恶劣环境下一些关键工艺参数和重要装备运行状况。光纤传感凭借其测量精度高、动态范围大、本征防爆以及环境适应性强等优点在石化生产在线监测领域上有较好的应用前景。本文从石化生产监测的需求出发,综述了往复式压缩机十字瓦轴和石化反应器的在线监测光纤传感技术,详细介绍了各类光纤传感器的结构组成及性能指标,最后对石化生产高温环境的光纤传感技术发展现状进行总结,并对其未来发展趋势进行展望。 The petrochemical industry is closely related to the development of the national energy strategy.It is an important guarantee and bloodline for my country’s industrial development and occupies an extremely important position in economic development.Limited by the characteristics of the existing electrical sensing technology,it is difficult to accurately obtain some key process parameters and the operation status of important equipment in harsh environments.Optical fiber sensing has good application prospects in the field of online monitoring of petrochemical production due to its high measurement accuracy,large dynamic range,intrinsic explosion-proof and strong environmental adaptability.Starting from the needs of petrochemical production monitoring,this paper summarizes the optical fiber sensing technology for on-line monitoring of reciprocating compressors and petrochemical reactors.The development status of optical fiber sensing technology is summarized,and its future development trend is prospected.
