近年来随着我国社会发展速度越来越快,教育理念也在不断改革与创新,新教育环境下社会对人才的需求在不断增多。很多中职学生对学校的文化氛围还不够了解,自身也缺乏校园文化自信从而也就难以适应未来的企业工作。中职农业学校想要培养适应社会的高素养人才,既要形成浓厚的校园文化氛围同时也要加强校企合作,帮助学生树立坚定理想与信念的同时提升他们的职业能力与素养。

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's society,the educational concept is also constantly reforming and innovating,and the social demand for talents under the new educational environment is increasing.Many secondary voca⁃tional students do not know enough about the cultural atmosphere of the school,and they also lack of campus culture confi⁃dence,so that it is difficult to adapt to the future enterprise work.Secondary vocational agricultural schools want to cultivate high-quality talents adapted to the society,not only to form a strong campus cultural atmosphere,but also to strengthen school enterprise cooperation,to help students establish firm ideals and beliefs while improving their professional ability and quality.
