乡村治理法治化问题及对策探讨

Discussion on the problems and Countermeasures of the Legalization of Rural Governance

当前农村乡村治理法治化的水平依然存在不足,和我国实现全面依法治国的目标还存在着一定的差距。因此需要长期坚持,努力将涉农法律法规进行完善,将农民各项权利进行明确、将普法的形式进行创新,积极培育农村法治文化;加强基层干部法治的观念,改变基层政府的执法方式,这样才能帮助法治乡村建设的目标得以实现。本文结合我国乡村法治化治理的现状,对其中存在的问题进行系统分析,探讨如何加强乡村法治化治理。

There are still deficiencies in the level of rule of law in rural rural governance,and there is still a certain gap with the goal of achieving the comprehensive rule of law in China.Therefore,it is necessary to adhere to the long-term efforts to im⁃prove agriculture-related laws and regulations,clarify the rights of farmers,innovate the form of law popularization,actively cultivate rural legal culture;strengthen the concept of rule of law,change grassroots government law enforcement mode,so as to help the goal of law-based rural construction.Based on the current situation of rural governance in China,this paper systemati⁃cally analyzes the existing problems and discusses how to strengthen the rural governance.
