心脉隆注射液联合美托洛尔对慢性心衰患者血清相关指标及生活质量的影响

Effect of Xinmailong injection combined with metoprolol on serum related indexes and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨心脉隆注射液与美托洛尔联合治疗慢性心力衰竭对血清指标与生活质量的临床影响。方法本次纳入对象为平顶山市第一人民医院2020年6月—2021年6月收治的慢性心衰患者92例,采用随机数字表法均分成两组,各46例,其中对照组采用美托洛尔治疗,观察组基于对照组加用心脉隆注射液,比较两组血清相关指标与生活质量改善情况。结果两组治疗前C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、N末端脑钠肽原(NT-proBNP)及超敏肌钙蛋白(cTnI)比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组上述指标水平均明显低于同组治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前6 min步行试验及MHL评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组上述指标与同组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心脉隆注射液联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心衰的临床疗效优良,可有效改善血清指标与生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Xinmailong injection combined with metoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure on serum indicators and quality of life.Methods Totally 92 patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,46 cases,among them the control group treated with metoprolol,observation group based on the control group plus injection of heart arteries and veins,comparing two groups of related parameters of serum and improve the quality of life.Results There were no significant differences in CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,NT-probNP and cTnI between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of above indexes in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in walking test and MHL score between the two groups 6 min before treatment(P>0.05),but there were statistically significant differences in the above indexes between the two groups after treatment and before treatment,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xinmailong injection combined with metoprolol has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic heart failure,which can effectively improve serum indicators and quality of life.
