摘要
为实现高炉渣中钛的富集和利用,研究了炉渣钛富集的技术手段,分析了炉渣钛资源利用的可能性。结果表明,炉渣中的钛能够以四氯化钛、钛铁合金、钛白、碳化钛形式富集以及选择性析出富集,其中选择性析出富集是一种绿色环保的富集技术。炉渣中钛资源可被用于建筑材料、玻璃材料、功能材料以及肥料,炉渣提钛工艺流程均较为复杂,容易对环境造成污染,并且成本较高。将部分低钛渣直接用于建筑材料或肥料、高钛渣借助选择性析出技术富集后再利用是未来含钛炉渣综合利用研究的重点方向。
In order to realize the enrichment and utilization of titanium in blast furnace slag,the technical means of slag titanium enrichment are studied,and the possibility of slag titanium resource utilization is analyzed.The results show that titanium in slag can be enriched in the form of titanium tetrachloride,ferrotitanium alloy,titanium dioxide,titanium carbide and selective precipitation.Selective precipitation enrichment is a green enrichment technology.Titanium resources in slag can be used as building materials,glass materials,functional materials and fertilizers.The technological processes of slag titanium extraction are complex,easy to pollute the environment and high cost.Some low titanium slag is directly used in building materials or fertilizers,the reuse of high titanium slag after enrichment by selective precipitation technology is the key direction for comprehensive utilization of titanium containing slag in the future.
