摘要
针对轮边四轮驱动电动客车,提出一种基于黄金比例搜索算法的分布式四轮驱动转矩分配优化策略。该控制策略以整车综合效率最优为目标,通过快速搜索确定前、后轴电机的最佳转矩分配系数,可在保证计算实时性的同时提高整车经济性。TruckSim与MATLAB/Simulink联合仿真结果表明,所提出的策略可以提升整车驱动效率,在循环工况测试中节能效果提高了3.6%。最后,设计转矩分配优化控制器进行硬件在环测试,验证了控制器的实时性及转矩实时分配功能。
This paper proposes a distributed 4-wheel drive torque distribution optimization strategy based on the golden ratio search algorithm for the wheel-side 4-wheel drive electric buses.This control strategy takes the optimal overall efficiency of the bus as the goal,and determines the optimal torque distribution coefficients of the front and rear axle motors through fast search,which ensures the real-time calculation and improves the economy of the bus.The cosimulation results of TruckSim and MATLAB/Simulink show that the proposed strategy can improve the driving efficiency of the bus,and the energy-saving effect in the cycle test is increased by 3.6%.Finally,the torque distribution optimization controller is designed,and the Hardware-In-the-Loop(HIL)test is performed,the real-time performance of the controller and the real-time torque distribution function is verified.
