具有竹节效果的改性聚酯复合弹性长丝的开发

摘要 在高黏度聚酯(PET)切片中添加少量聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)切片进行共混改性,使高黏度PET分子链上带有PBT软链段,制成改性PET切片,再与常规PET切片经过并列复合纺丝、拉伸或热收缩制成具有竹节效果的83 dtex/24 f复合弹性长丝。试验表明:复合纺丝时,双组分的比例不同、纺丝工艺不同,可以制得具有不同竹节效果的复合弹性长丝;可以根据客户和市场要求定制复合纺丝工艺,生产出符合客户要求的具有竹节效果的复合弹性长丝。 A small amount of polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)chips were added to the high viscosity polyester(PET)chips for blending modification,the modified PET chips with PBT soft chain segments on the high viscosity PET molecular chain were prepared.Then,the 83 dtex/24 f composite elastic filaments with slub effect were prepared by side-by-side spinning of the modified PET chips and conventional PET chips,stretching or thermal shrinkage.The experimental results show that the composite elastic filaments with different slub effects can be prepared with different ratios of two components and different spinning processes.The composite spinning process can be customized according to customer and market requirements,and the composite elastic filament with slub effect can be produced to meet customer requirements.
