摘要
为了研究二醋酸纤维素丝束在进入卷曲机前的不同投入幅宽对丝束品质的影响,设计并实施了由箱样至包样的大量试验。控制不同投入幅宽条件下丝束的卷曲能都为原样卷曲能,进而研究投入幅宽在大于、小于和接近于卷曲机辊宽时对丝束的PDCV及稳定性的影响,结果表明:丝束投入幅宽在大于和小于卷曲机辊宽时,丝束的PDCV都较大;投入幅宽越接近卷曲机辊宽,丝束的PDCV越小,稳定性好;投入幅宽略小于卷曲机辊宽,丝束的PDCV有所降低。
In order to study the effect of different input width on the quality of cellulose diacetate tow before entering the crimping machine,a large number of experiments ranging from box sample to package sample were designed and carried out.The crimping energy of the tow was controlled to be the original crimping energy under different input widths,and then the influence of the input widths on the PDCV and stability of the tow was researched when the input widths were larger,smaller and closer to the roller widths of the crimping machine.The results show that the PDCV of the tow is larger when the input width is larger and smaller than the roller width of the crimping machine.The closer the input width is to the roller width,the smaller the PDCV is and the better the stability is.The input width is slightly smaller than the roller width of the crimping machine,and the PDCV of the tow is reduced.
