压力知觉和隐性缺勤在三级甲等医院外科护士工作-家庭冲突和职业倦怠间的链式中介作用 被引量:7

Chain mediating effects of perceived stress and recessive absence on work-family conflict and job burnout of surgical nurses in three grade-A tertiary hospitals

摘要 目的探讨压力知觉和隐性缺勤在三甲医院外科护士工作-家庭冲突和职业倦怠间的链式中介作用。方法采用便利抽样法,2021年3—6月以广东省476名三甲医院外科护士为调查对象,采用一般情况调查表、工作-家庭冲突量表、压力知觉量表、隐性缺勤量表及职业倦怠量表进行问卷调查。采用Pearson相关分析法分析四者间的关系,应用AMOS 24.0建立结构方程模型进行链式中介效应检验。结果三甲医院外科护士的工作-家庭冲突得分为(58.01±4.65)分,压力知觉得分为(28.72±3.82)分,隐性缺勤得分为(18.33±3.62)分,职业倦怠得分为(68.27±4.18)分。Pearson相关分析结果显示,三甲医院外科护士工作-家庭冲突、压力知觉、隐性缺勤和职业倦怠四者呈正相关(r=0.413~0.501,均P<0.01),压力知觉和隐性缺勤在三甲医院外科护士工作-家庭冲突和职业倦怠间起链式中介作用,中介效应占总效应的14.06%。结论压力知觉和隐性缺勤在三甲医院外科护士工作-家庭冲突与职业倦怠之间存在链式中介作用。 Objective To explore the chain mediating effect of perceived stress and recessive absence on work-family conflict and job burnout of surgical nurses in surgical nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals.Methods The convenient sampling method was used to investigate 476 surgical nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals in Guangdong Province from March to June 2021.The general situation questionnaire,work-family conflict scale,stress perception scale,recessive absence scale and job burnout scale were used to conduct the questionnaire survey.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the four,and AMOS24.0 was used to establish the structural equation model to test the chain mediating effect.Results The score of work-family conflict in surgical nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals was(58.01±4.65)points,the score of perceived stress was(28.72±3.82)points,the score of recessive absence was(18.33±3.62)points,and the score of job burnout was(68.27±4.18)points.Pearson correlation analysis results that there was a positive correlation among work-family conflict,perceived stress,recessive absence and job burnout in surgical nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals(r=0.413-0.501,all P<0.01).The perceived stress and recessive absence played a chain mediating role between work-family conflict and job burnout,in surgical nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals,and the mediating effect accounted for 14.06%of the total effect.Conclusion The perceived stress and recessive absence play a chain mediating role between work-family conflict and job burnout of surgical nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals.
