宜昌市某磷化工企业职业病危害现状评价

Evaluation on status quo of occupational hazards in a phosphorus chemical enterprise in Yichang City

目的 调查宜昌市某磷化工企业职业病危害现状,为企业职业病防治的日常管理提供合理、可行的对策建议。方法 2020年7—8月,采用职业卫生调查法、职业卫生检测法和职业健康检查法等对该企业进行综合分析与评价。结果 该企业存在的主要职业病危害因素有其他粉尘、磷酸、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、噪声和高温,现场检测结果合格率均为100%。结论 该企业属于职业病危害严重的生产企业,其职业病防护设施、应急救援设施、个人防护用品等方面较合理,但职业病危害告知及职业健康检查等方面有待改进。

Objective To investigate the status quo of occupational hazards in a phosphorus chemical enterprise in Yichang City,provide reasonable and feasible countermeasures for the daily management of the occupational disease prevention and control in enterprise. Methods From July to August 2020,the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the enterprise was conducted by using the occupational health investigation,occupational health inspection,and occupational health examination. Results The main occupational hazards in this enterprise were other dust,phosphoric acid,sodium hydroxide,potassium hydroxide,noise and high temperature. The qualified rates of on-site test results were 100%. Conclusion This is a manufacturing enterprise with serious occupational hazards,and its occupational protection facilities,emergency rescue facilities,and personal protective equipment are reasonable,but the occupational hazard notifications and occupational health examination need to be improved.
