摘要
目的 分析西安市某三级甲等医院临床护士工作士气的现状及其影响因素,为临床护士的教育和管理提供参考依据。方法 采用方便抽样法,于2020年11—12月对西安市某三级甲等医院321名临床护士的工作士气进行问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 西安市三级甲等医院321名临床护士工作士气总分为(4.84±1.01)分,同事关怀程度、科室工作氛围、对医院整体满意度、工作家庭冲突情况是其主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 西安市某三级甲等医院临床护士的工作士气处于中等水平,医院管理者应加强医院环境与科室文化的建设,鼓励同事间的互帮互助,为护士提供合理的薪资和弹性化的工作制度,减少临床护士的工作家庭冲突,提高其工作士气。
Objective To analyze the status and influencing factors of work morale among clinical nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital of Xi’an City,provide reference for the education and management of clinical nurses. Methods The convenience sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the work morale of 321 clinical nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital of Xi’an City from November to December 2020,and the data were analyzed. Results The total score of the 321 clinical nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital of Xi’an City was(4.84±1.01)points. The colleagues care,department working atmosphere,the overall satisfaction with the hospital,and the work-family conflict were the main influencing factors of work morale(P<0.05). Conclusion The work morale of clinical nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital of Xi’an City is at a medium level,and the hospital administrators should strengthen the construction of hospital environment and department culture,encourage mutual help among colleagues,provide nurses with a reasonable salary and flexible working system to reduce the work-family conflict of clinical nurses,and improve their work morale.
