新疆阿合奇县居民高血压患病现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on prevalence and influencing factors of hypertension among residents in Aheqi County of Xinjiang

目的 了解新疆维吾尔自治区阿合奇县居民高血压患病现状,探讨不同特征人群患高血压危险因素,为该地区居民提出有效的慢性病防空措施。方法 选取2020年新疆克孜勒苏柯尔克孜自治州阿合奇县健康检查的居民资料,抽取≥18岁常住居民作为调查对象,统计高血压的患病率,分析阿合奇县居民高血压患病流行情况及其影响因素。结果 共纳入新疆维吾尔自治区阿合奇县≥18岁常住居民健康检查数据24 008份,其中高血压患者共5 502例,总患病率为22.9%,男性患病3 072例(25.8%)高于女性患病2 430例(20.1%);不同性别、年龄、民族、文化程度、职业、婚姻状况、家族史、中心型肥胖、体质指数、锻炼频率、饮食习惯、吸烟状况及饮酒频率的居民高血压患病率比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,性别、年龄、文化程度、职业、婚姻状况、中心型肥胖、体质指数,锻炼频率及饮食习惯均是人群患高血压的影响因素。结论 阿合奇县高血压患病率处于较低水平,发病与多种因素有关。应加强健康教育力度,普及健康知识,倡导健康生活方式,达到早发现早预防早治疗的目的。

Objective To understand the prevalence of hypertension among residents in Aheqi County of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,explore the risk factors for hypertension among populations with different characteristics,and to propose effective prevention and control measures against chronic diseases for residents in this area. Methods The data of residents of Aheqi County in Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang in 2020 were collected,the permanent residents aged ≥18 years old were selected as the survey subjects,the prevalence of hypertension was counted,and the prevalence of hypertension among residents in Aheqi County and its related influencing factors was analyzed. Results The health examination data of 24 008permanent residents aged ≥18 years old in Aheqi County of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were included. There were 5 502patients with hypertension among them,with a total prevalence of 22.9%. The prevalence in males(3 072 cases,25.8%)was higher than that in females(2 430 cases,20.1%). There were statistically significant differences in prevalence of hypertension among residents with different gender,age,ethnicity,educational level,occupation,marital status,family history,central obesity,body mass index,exercise frequency,eating habits,smoking status,and alcohol consumption frequency(all P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gender,age,education level,occupation,marital status,central obesity,body mass index,exercise frequency,and eating habits were all influencing factors for the population to suffer from hypertension. Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension in Aheqi County is at a relatively low level,and the occurrence is related to many factors. It is necessary to strengthen health education,popularize health knowledge,advocate healthy lifestyle,and achieve the goal of early detection,early prevention and early treatment.
