多种外源激素联合诱导德国牧羊犬同期发情的效果研究

摘要 为探讨外源激素对德国牧羊犬同期发情和相关指标的影响,该试验选取36只德国牧羊犬母犬(年龄3~4岁),随机分为A、B、C、D 4个组,每组3个重复,每个重复3只。A、B、C组分别采用激素PG/PMSG/HCG、PG/PG600/HCG、PG/FG600/HCG进行处理,D组不使用任何激素处理;分别测定其同期发情率、受胎率、产仔数,并对阴道上皮细胞进行涂片监测、对卵泡的发育进行超声监测。结果表明:B组同期发情率最高,为90%,与其它组相比差异显著(P<0.05);A、B、C组卵泡数量较对照组多,平均排卵时间比对照组缩短;使用激素和未使用激素组犬的卵泡平均直径无显著差异;C组受胎率最高,为100%,与其它组相比差异显著(P<0.05);A组产仔数最高,平均为8只,与其他组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。可见,外源激素PG/PMSG/HCG组合诱导德国牧羊犬产仔数最高,可以为德国牧羊犬繁育提供一定临床指导。 To understand the effect of exogenous hormones on estrus synchronization and follicular development in German shepherd dogs,36 German shepherd dogs aged 3~4 years were selected and divided into 4 groups randomly,A,B,C and D,with 3 replicates in each group and 3 dogs in each replicate.Groups A,B and C were treated with different hormones PG/PMSG/HCG,PG/PG600/HCG and PG/FG600/HCG respectively,while group D was not treated with any hormone.The estrus synchronization rate,conception rate and litter size were measured,vaginal epithelial cell smear was monitored and follicular development were measured using ultrasonography.The results showed that the estrus synchronization rate of group B was the highest(90%),and the difference was significant compared with other groups(P<0.05);The number of follicles in group A,B and C was more than that in group D,and the average ovulation time was shorter than that in Group D.There was no significant difference in the mean diameter of follicles between the two groups.The conception rate of group C was the highest(100%),which was significantly different from other groups(P<0.05).The litter size of group A was the highest,with an average of 8,and the difference was significant compared with other groups(P<0.05).It is concluded that exogenous hormone PG/PMSG/HCG combination induced Germany Shepherd dog has the highest litter size.It can provide certain guidance for the breeding of German Shepherd dog.
