腹泻犊牛大肠埃希菌分离鉴定与药敏试验

摘要 对海东市某牦牛养殖场犊牛腹泻病例进行诊断和治疗,无菌条件下采集病死牛的病变脏器组织进行病原分离鉴定,并在分类鉴定基础上筛选出几种敏感药物,为今后疾病的防治奠定坚实基础。研究结果显示,在对病料进行检测过程中,牛病毒性腹泻、腺病毒、冠状病毒、轮状病毒检测均为阴性,在病变脏器组织中分离到一种菌株,菌株能够在麦康凯琼脂培养基和伊红美蓝培养基上生长,生长出来的菌落形态不一样,前者呈现粉红色,后者呈现黑色带有金属光泽,随后进行了进一步的生化鉴定符合大肠杆菌的生化特征,然后又进行了动物致病性试验,能使小白鼠死亡表现出严重的肝周炎,由此可以判定致病原为致病性大肠杆菌,随后进行了药敏试验,发现庆大霉素、卡那霉素、左氧氟沙星高敏,其他抗菌素呈现中敏或者低敏,通过试验室诊断犊牛大肠杆菌病的治疗提供了治疗基础,短时间内能控制病情。 Based on the diagnosis and treatment of calf diarrhea cases in a yak farm in Haidong City,the diseased organs and tissues of dead cattle were collected under aseptic conditions for pathogen isolation and identification,and based on classification and identification,several were screened out.This kind of sensitive drugs will lay a solid foundation for the prevention and treatment of diseases in the future.The results of the study showed that in the process of testing the disease materials,the tests for bovine viral diarrhea,adenovirus,coronavirus,and rotavirus were all negative.A strain was isolated from the diseased organs and the strain can be found in MacConkey Agar.The growth of the culture medium and the eosin methylene blue medium,the growth of the colony morphology is different,the former is pink,the latter is black with metallic luster,and then further biochemical identification is in line with the biochemical characteristics of E.coli,and then The animal pathogenicity test was carried out,which can cause the death of the mice to show severe periohepatitis,which can determine that the pathogen is pathogenic Escherichia coli.Then,a drug susceptibility test was carried out and it was found that gentamicin and kana High sensitivity to levofloxacin and levofloxacin,while other antibiotics show moderate or low sensitivity.Diagnosing the treatment of calf colibacillosis through the laboratory provides a basis for treatment,and the condition can be controlled in a short time.
