腹泻犊牛大肠埃希菌分离鉴定与药敏试验

对海东市某牦牛养殖场犊牛腹泻病例进行诊断和治疗,无菌条件下采集病死牛的病变脏器组织进行病原分离鉴定,并在分类鉴定基础上筛选出几种敏感药物,为今后疾病的防治奠定坚实基础。研究结果显示,在对病料进行检测过程中,牛病毒性腹泻、腺病毒、冠状病毒、轮状病毒检测均为阴性,在病变脏器组织中分离到一种菌株,菌株能够在麦康凯琼脂培养基和伊红美蓝培养基上生长,生长出来的菌落形态不一样,前者呈现粉红色,后者呈现黑色带有金属光泽,随后进行了进一步的生化鉴定符合大肠杆菌的生化特征,然后又进行了动物致病性试验,能使小白鼠死亡表现出严重的肝周炎,由此可以判定致病原为致病性大肠杆菌,随后进行了药敏试验,发现庆大霉素、卡那霉素、左氧氟沙星高敏,其他抗菌素呈现中敏或者低敏,通过试验室诊断犊牛大肠杆菌病的治疗提供了治疗基础,短时间内能控制病情。
