摘要
该文分析了安宁市官方兽医队伍建设现状,找出官方兽医履职困境形成的原因;并围绕如何突破桎梏,有针对性地提出了完善规章、强化培训、理清职责、健全机制4方面的对策和建议。
The article analyzes the current situation of the construction of the official veterinary team in Anning,finds out the reasons for the difficulties in the performance of official veterinary work,and focuses on how to break the shackles,the countermeasures and suggestions on perfecting regulations,strengthening training,sorting out duties and perfecting mechanism are put forward.
