摘要
根据零件结构和技术要求正确选择挤压铸造工艺,是成功获得优质挤压铸造件的关键。笔者主要从零件结构与工艺的适应性、与设备的匹配性以及挤压铸造模具的设计方法等方面进行论述,结合典型零件的开发过程和实践应用,总结出较实用的挤压铸造工艺设计要点供参考。
According to the parts structure and technical requirements, the correct selection of squeeze casting process is the key to obtain high quality squeeze casting parts successfully. In this paper, the adaptability of parts structure and process, the matching with equipment and the design method of squeeze casting die are discussed systematically. Combined with the development process and practical application of typical parts, the practical design points of squeeze casting process are summarized for reference.
