酸洗对钛合金铸件荧光裂纹的改善研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过对不同厚度ZTC4钛合金熔模铸造试样表面α污染层厚度的测试,以及酸洗工艺对其厚度影响的试验,确定了合适的酸洗工艺来改善钛合金铸件的荧光裂纹。结果显示,不同厚度的钛合金熔模铸件表面α污染层厚度不相同,且存在随铸件厚度增加而增加的规律;钛合金铸件在一定厚度范围内,酸洗对其厚度的减薄稳定性较好。 Through the test on different thickness of ZTC4 titanium alloy revestment precision casting’s surface α contaminated layer thickness and the test of acid pickling process on the influence of its thickness, determine a appropriate acid pickling process to improve titanium alloy castings on its fluorescent flaw, according to the results of the different thickness of the titanium alloy castings, the α contaminated layer thickness is not the same, and it is increased with the increase of the thickness of the casting of the law;In a certain thickness range of titanium alloy castings, acid pickling has little difference in the thinning of the thickness.
