大型蝶板铸件反应性气孔问题的解决方法

摘要 研究分析了树脂砂铸造工艺生产大型蝶板铸件产生反应性气孔的原因,通过使用洁净的炉料、浇注时使型腔内气体和铸型与泥芯的发气快速有序排出、熔化时对铁液进行净化处理等措施,解决了铸件反应性气孔问题,提高了产品质量。 The causes of reactive porosity in large butterfly plate castings produced by resin sand casting process were studied and analyzed. The reactive porosity of castings was solved and the quality of the products was improved by using clean charge,discharging the gas in the cavity and the gas from the mold and mud core in a rapid and orderly manner during pouring, and purifying the molten iron during melting.
