摘要
液压铸件属于精密耐高压件,尺寸精度要求高,对铸件表面质量和粗糙度的要求也较高。笔者从工艺分析、参数设计、工艺流程等方面介绍了铸造车间新采用的静压造型工艺生产液压铸件,造型效率可达120整型/h,生产效率高、砂箱规格尺寸大、冷却时间长,尤其是具有特色的冷却区域以及捅箱落砂段适于生产厚壁精密液压铸件,对同类造型线的设计具有借鉴意义。
Hydraulic castings are precision high-pressure resistant parts with high dimensional accuracy and high surface quality as well as roughness requirements. This paper introduces the new static pressure molding technology adopted in the foundry workshop of the author’s company from the aspects of process analysis, parameter design and process flow, with molding efficiency up to 120 whole type per hour, the production efficiency is high, the size of sand box is large, the cooling time is long,especially the special cooling area and the sand falling section of the box are suitable for the production of thick wall precision hydraulic castings, which has significant reference for the design of similar molding line.
