摘要
以经典朗肯土压力理论为基础,充分考虑墙后填土、载荷和墙高等因素对土压力的影响,模拟挡土结构的实际工况,设计一种土压力测试装置,用于解决复杂的挡土墙土压力计算问题,为各种填土形式的土压力测试提供了一种实验装置和测试方法。该无黏性土侧压力测试仪采用压力传感器代替传统的土压力盒来采集和显示土压力数据,并以高精度承重芯片有效地保证了实时载荷的准确性。
Based on the classical Rankine earth pressure theory,fully cosidering the influence of backfill,load type and wall height on earth pressure,an earth pressure measuring device was designed to simulate the actual working condition of retaining structure.It solves the complicated problem of earth pressure calculation of retaining wall and provides an experimental device and a testing method for further analysis and discussion of earth pressure test of various types of filling soil.The device adopts pressure sensor instead of traditional earth pressure box to collect and display earth pressure data,and adopting high-precision load-bearing chip to effectively ensure the accuracy of real-time load.
