摘要
根据《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则》(CNAS-CL01:2018)、《测量不确定度的要求》(CNAS-CL01-G003:2021)的要求,针对金属家具中木质件含水率测量过程中测量不确定度分量的特点,客观分析了整个过程显著影响试验结果的测量因素,系统地对金属家具中木质件含水率测量结果不确定度进行了评定,从而使测量结果更可信。实验表明:试验条件下的金属家具中木质件含水率测量结果的相对扩展不确定度为U_(r)=1.2%(k=2)。
According to the requirements of Criteria for Accreditation of Testing and Calibration Laboratory Competence CNAS-CL01:2018 and Requirements for Measurement Uncertainty CNAS-CL01-G003:2021,aiming at the characteristics of measurement uncertainty components in the process of moisture content measurement of wood parts in metal furniture,the whole process of significant impact on the test results of measurement factors is objectively analyzed.The uncertainty of the measurement results of the moisture content of wood pieces in metal furniture is systematically evaluated so as to make the measurement results more reliable.The experimental results show that the relative expanded uncertainty of the measurement results of the moisture content of wood pieces in metal furniture under the test conditions is Ur =1.2%(k=2).
