可再分散乳胶粉改性碱激发粉煤灰矿渣材料的性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 制备PSB、PSA、PSE、PSV四种不同种类可再分散乳胶粉改性碱激发粉煤灰矿渣材料试件,研究可再分散乳胶粉对碱激发粉煤灰矿渣材料的影响。结果表明:不同种类可再分散乳胶粉掺量为2%时,对碱激发粉煤灰矿渣材料的流动度及凝结时间没有显著影响;掺入可再分散乳胶粉后,碱激发粉煤灰矿渣材料早期强度有所下降,其中PSB对强度的影响较小,而PSV会显著降低碱激发粉煤灰矿渣材料强度;养护方式对材料早期强度影响明显,水养条件不利于材料的早期强度发展;可再分散乳胶粉可显著改善碱激发材料的粘结强度、耐酸、耐碱和耐盐侵蚀性能。 PSB,PSA,PSE and PSV samples of alkali-activated fly ash slag modified by redispersible latex powder were prepared to study the influence of redispersible latex powder on alkali-activated fly ash slag.The results show that there is no significant effect on the fluidity and setting time of alkali activated fly ash slag materials when the content of different kinds of redispersible latex powder is 2%.After the addition of redispersible latex powder, the early strength of alkali-activated fly ash slag material decreases, and PSB has little influence on the strength, while PSV can significantly reduce the strength of alkali-activated fly ash slag material.The curing mode has obvious influence on the early strength of the material, and the hydrotrophic condition is not conducive to the development of the early strength of the material.Redispersible latex powder can improve the bond strength, acid resistance, alkali resistance and salt resistance of alkali-activated materials.
