120 GHz Ultra-wideband Millimeter-level High-precision Radar Liquid Level Algorithm

摘要 总结近年来石油化工行业应用自动化测量液位计的现状和问题以及雷达液位计的优势。分析雷达液位算法中传统FFT变换算法的栅栏效应和泄漏效应对雷达液位计测量精度的影响,并提出面向120 GHz超宽带毫米波液位雷达的高精度Chirp-Z变换算法。经实验验证,笔者所提算法的液位测距精度可以达到0.5 mm以内。 The current situation and existing problems of automatic liquid level instrument in petrochemical tank farm in recent years were summarized,including the advantages of radar level meters;meanwhile,the influence of picket fence effect and leakage effect of traditional FFT transform on the measurement accuracy of the radar level meter was analyzed and a high-precision Chirp-Z transform algorithm for 120 GHz ultrawideband millimeter wave level radar was proposed.The experimental verification shows that,the accuracy of the liquid level ranging of the algorithm proposed can stay within 0.5 mm.
