摘要
针对某水泥厂一号线窑系统变量多、强耦合和非线性的特点,采用以多变量模型预测控制(MPC)为核心,结合最优化、神经元网络及嵌入式编程语言Python等功能模块的AVEVA APC系统软件,实现了对窑系统的实时优化控制,在稳定生产过程和熟料质量的基础上,降低了窑系统的煤单耗和电单耗,并极大地减轻了操作人员的劳动强度。
In view of the characteristics of multi-variables,strong coupling and nonlinear in kiln system in a line clinker kiln,a AVEVA APC system which taking multivariable model predictive control(MPC) as the core,combined with optimization,neuron network and embedded programming language Python and other functional modules was adopted to realize the real-time optimization control of the kiln system.The result shows that,on the basis of stabilizing the production process and clinker quality,the AVEVA APC system can greatly bring down the coal and electricity consumption and reduce the labor intensity of operators.
